VCBA's Three-Fold Mission Villamor College of Business and Arts General Santos City seeks to equip students to be:

It is the school's priority to educate the students in such a way that they will have knowledge and proper skills set necessary in their future careers and vocation.

Ready for Life:
Holistic learning is essential to the students' overall character development. The school serves as an avenue where students can learn and relate from one another making them ready for their lives ahead.

Relevant to the Society:
It is the school's highest goal to produce fruitful graduates who will greatly contribute to the progress of the country, whatever industry they would belong to and wherever they will be placed in.
